This table was a personal project that I designed while working in the wood shop at LTU. My goal was to use a technique called “kerf cutting”, where a series of partial-depth cuts are made into the material, allowing it to bend without the use of steam or pressure forming. This process created a seamless, curved wood grain on the outer surface.
